I accept PayPal and most major credit cards. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to use your credit card through PayPal. Items purchased with cash through PayPal will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
If you've ordered a "custom/personalized" piece, payment is due up front and is non-refundable. If the jewelry has been personalized, as in a name or initials being added, I won't be able to re-sell it.
All domestic and APO Box addresses receive free shipping. Because I watch my grandchildren, my shipping is done on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at least until the post office does away with Saturday shipping. All items ship within a 2 to 5 day period unless you've purchased a "made to order" or "personalized" hand crafted item. These items will take longer to ship.
I use the USPS Priority Flat Rate service for all my shipping.
At this time, I do not offer international shipping. If you need this service, please contact me.
When shipping constraints permit, items will be placed in cotton filled boxes then secured with bubble wrap for extra care and safety. Due to the size of some pieces or if there are multiple pieces being shipped, these constraints won't permit items being placed in cotton filled boxes. Rest assured that great care is still being taken to safely protect your purchase. As my "thank you" gift, I will include a polishing cloth so your jewelry can always shine and look like new.
Whenever possible, I use materials processed from recycled products.
Returns and Refunds:
My goal is to ensure that you love your handcrafted jewelry as much as I do and that you're completely satisfied. If for any reason you're not happy, please contact me before returning your purchase.
Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase. If I can't rectify the issue, I will refund your money, minus shipping costs, once I receive the returning item(s). All return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
All items being returned must be in the original condition; unworn, unaltered, and with the original packaging.
Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your jewelry if it needs minor adjustments. I will be happy to make these arrangements. All return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
All packages mailed within the US are shipped with delivery confirmation. Every attempt will be made to locate lost items through the USPS. Bella Rose Jewelry Design is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
* Most custom pieces can be returned for re-sale and therefore money can be refunded. However, if the jewelry has been personalized in any way, such as a name or initials being stamped into the metal, I will not be able to refund any money.
** Items are crafted by hand and rarely duplicated. I cut and texture the metal by hand so no two pieces are identical. Plus, the stones themselves have so many wonderful facets and variations that your jewelry will truly be unique.
*** Please be aware that unless otherwise stated, the metals used may contain nickel. Most metals are made up of several alloys, although minimal, they're still there.
